Online Shop Returns Policy

At Laser Engraving Service we gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. In order to provide a successful return, we require the following terms and conditions to be met; 

• Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

• Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

• Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Custom engraved items of jewellery.Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders. 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Ring resizing

We offer a free one time resizing with every ring you purchase with us, as long as you send the ring back to us within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs incurred are non-refundable and your responsibility. We advise that you send your returned item, as a tracked parcel to be sure of its safe arrival.

Jewellery warranty 

At L&S Design Ltd we provide a 12 month warranty on all of our jewellery items after the date of purchase under the terms of this warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty against defects does not cover loss of item, damage caused by breakage or gradual depreciation due to normal wear and tear. Tarnishing naturally occurs and therefore, cleaning is not covered by the warranty. To ensure your satisfaction, we require proof of purchase before processing any warranty claims.
