Returns Policy

Our commitment is to provide you with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. To support this promise, the following policy outlines our transparent process for returns, resizing, and warranty claims.

1. Return Policy (Non-Engraved Items)

We happily accept returns for a full refund or exchange on all jewellery items that have not been laser-engraved or hand-engraved.

  • Return Window: You must initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Jewellery must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all packaging (box, pouches, etc.) included.

  • How to Start: Email info@laserengravingservice.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

  • Refunds: Once inspected and approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Final Sale Policy (Custom-Engraved Items)

All sales of custom-engraved (laser or hand-engraved) jewellery are final.

Why? Once an item is permanently altered with your unique text or design, it cannot be resold or restocked. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Customer-submitted spelling, date, or capitalisation errors.

⚠️ Important Accuracy Check: Please double-check your custom text before ordering. We engrave exactly what you provide and are not responsible for typos or incorrect dates submitted by the customer.

3. 30-Day Complimentary Resizing

We want your ring to fit perfectly. We offer a one-time complimentary resizing service for all rings (including engraved items) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The ring must be in its original, undamaged condition.

  • Costs: The resizing labour is free. The customer is responsible for shipping costs (for both sending the ring to us and returning it to you).

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. If we made a mistake, we will make it right. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or matches the wrong engraving text:

  1. Notify us within 10 working days of delivery.

  2. Email info@laserengravingservice.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo.

Resolution: Upon review of your photo, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return. Please note: We will issue a replacement or full refund only after we have received and inspected the original item at our jewellery shop.

5. 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty

We stand by our quality with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Covered: Issues arising from the manufacturing process (e.g., faulty clasps, loose stones not caused by damage).

  • Not Covered: Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading), accidental damage, misuse, natural tarnishing, or lost/stolen items.

  • To Claim: Email info@laserengravingservice.co.uk with your order number and a photo for assessment.
