Our lead times vary depending on workload, season, and the specifics of your order.
Individual items (e.g. a slate sign or marble plaque): usually processed within 24–48 hours.
Bulk orders (50+ units): typically 4–7 working days.
We’ll always be upfront about turnaround times, and we’ll work with you to meet urgent deadlines wherever possible.

Because every project is bespoke, pricing is tailored to your specific needs. Your quote will depend on a few key factors:
Artwork Requirements
For the sharpest results (especially on glass), we need a properly formatted vector file (AI, EPS, or high-res PDF). Artwork prep can take anywhere from 15 minutes to several hours, depending on complexity.
Machine Setup & Preparation
Wood engraving isn’t just “press and go.” Items must be precisely positioned in the machine, often with multiple adjustments. Laser settings—power, speed, and pulse frequency—are also fine-tuned for each material and thickness.
Processing Time
Detailed artwork requires slower engraving speeds and reduced spacing between intervals to achieve a crisp, clean finish. While this delivers striking results, it does increase processing time, especially for large or intricate motifs.

Packaging & Delivery Guidelines
Pack items securely to protect against scratches, dents, or damage.
We recommend sending all parcels via a tracked and insured postal or courier service for added peace of mind.
Include your name, contact details, and return postage address and order reference (if applicable).
Include your engraving details—text, size, placement, plus any helpful notes.

If you would like to supply your own artwork, for the most accurate stone engraving results, we prefer vector files. Common formats include:
AI (Adobe Illustrator)
DXF (Drawing Exchange Format)
SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

Absolutely! We offer discounted rates on bulk orders, whether you're customising items for weddings, corporate events, branded merchandise, product launches, or group gifts. Our quantity discounts typically start from five items or more.

Our laser equipment can engrave stone pieces up to 1000mm x 600mm.
Please be aware that we do not cut stone—our service is limited to engraving only.
Additionally, our laser equipment can accommodate a maximum static load of up to 100kg (220 lbs) and a dynamic load of up to 30kg (66 lbs) evenly distributed across the entire working area. -
We can engrave a wide range of natural and engineered stone, including slate, granite, marble, limestone, sandstone, and composite/engineered stone. Each material has its own unique qualities, and our advanced laser technology allows us to achieve crisp, clean, and long-lasting results across them all.

Laser engraving on stone typically reaches a depth of 0.5 mm to 3 mm, depending on the material and design. Deeper engravings require multiple laser passes, which can increase processing time and cost.
