Collection & Return

We aim to engrave all jewellery within three working days. However, due to the detailing of the artwork, signet rings and fingerprint engravings may take a bit longer.

Payment isn't needed until you collect your item. Alternatively, if you've posted your jewellery to us, no worries—one of our team members will contact you to arrange payment before we send your item back via Royal Mail for next-day special delivery, so your jewellery will be with you in no time!
