Packaging & Delivery Guidelines

• Please send all jewellery via a tracked and insured postal or courier service for peace of mind.

• Pack items securely to protect against scratches, dents, or damage.

• Include your name, contact details, and return postage address and order reference (if applicable).

• Include your engraving details—text, size, placement, plus any helpful notes.

Our turnaround times depend on workload, season, and the complexity of your engraving.

• Wedding bands with simple text (e.g. a date or message): usually ready in 1–2 working days.

• Detailed or custom designs (such as patterned engravings): allow up to 1 week.

When you request a quote, our jewellers will always provide a clear timeline so you’ll know exactly when your piece will be ready.

Yes, we’re one of the few ring engraving companies in the UK that can engrave tungsten rings.

Laser engraving is the most common method for tungsten rings, as it provides precise and detailed results. However, due to its hardness, traditional engraving methods, like hand engraving, are typically not effective on tungsten.

Using advanced laser technology, our jewellers can engrave text and symbols on rings with a bandwidth as narrow as 1mm, all while maintaining legibility.
